About the Role

We are seeking a detail orientated Customs Compliance Administrator to join a key team keeping the amazing F35 Aircraft ready for service across the world.

You will be based primarily on-site at RAF Marham in this role.

We offer alternate Fridays off so you can enjoy more of the things you love outside of work.

What will I be doing?
  • Data input & analytical processing of Customs record systems
  • Importer of Record (IOR) & Exporter of Record (EOR) for LMUK F-35 Aircraft spares.
  • Liaison and advisor to all stakeholders & F35 shippers ensuring Customs Compliance policy is adhered to.
  • Action, record, and scan invoices, collating key information relevant to HMRC regulations.
  • Investigate anomalies
  • Coordinate with Warehouse team all imports & export Receipts and shipments.
  • Investigate nonconformities using both the Customs Dedicated Management System (DMS) and the F-35 Parts move database
  • Movement of CW to Free Circulation (FC)
  • General Filing & Scanning
  • Daily distribution of emails to Warehouse management ahead of external deliveries.
  • Upload ALIS data to DMS twice daily adding transaction history
  • Creation of Air Movement Requests (AMRs) for freight shipments.
  • Transfer to ships stores for Royal Navy Aircraft Carriers pre-deployment via AMR
  • Export for Exercises and Operation (Co-ordinate with prime Supply Chain and discuss/recommend Customs process)
  • Stocktaking investigations
  • General admin and office filing tasks
Skills required:
  • Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office applications (Excel)
  • Good written & spoken communication skills
  • Flexible team player
  • Strong attention to detail particularly around data/data input/compliance
  • Diligent “can do” attitude
