Job: Customs Brokerage Executive
Location: Luton, Bedfordshire
Salary: £25,000-£29,500
Hours: Mon-Fri 40 Hours/Week

We are in the top 50 Logistics Companies in the UK with annual turnover in excess of £75m. With a base in 5 European countries and a growing presence in mainland Europe we are looking for a Customs Brokerage Executive to support our Global Solutions Team.
This is a key appointment, and the incoming individual must be able to demonstrate extremely high levels of attention to detail and be the right fit in terms of chemistry, character and outlook. The right individual will have experience working within the logistics industry, ideally with freight forwarding and import/export knowledge.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Issuing clearance instructions
- Supporting internal and external audits
- Identifying customs process improvements
- Process and manage import/export amendments.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a high level of attention to detail
- Be able to prioritise and organise workload to tight deadlines
- Be IT literate, ideally with experience of customs software (Sequoia, NTCS, Boxtop, CHIEF etc)
