It was a humble beginning that started in 2013 with 30 rooms and has had impressive growth over the last 8 years; currently counting over one thousand rooms in about 45 different locations across London in Zones 1, 2, and 3. Our portfolio includes student residences at King’s Cross, Spitalfields, Old Street, Highbury, Islington, Camden, Greenwich, and many more key sites in London.
As we are Londonist DMC, has been 3 offices & HQ in London, İstanbul Turkey, and China HQ’s.
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist, than Let's join us! The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for providing outstanding in our Global Customer Service.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively handle difficult customer interactions.
- Proficiency in using technology and software applications to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to resolve customer issues.
- A positive and empathetic demeanor, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Greet guests at the front desk and help with check-in/check-out process if requested(VIP).
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests for information about the local area.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues liasie with operations for any required approval or assistance.
- Respond to emergency situations which may occur at residences.
- Monitor the premises for any incidents and escalating the inquiries to appropriate teams.
- Conduct routine calls/e-mails/texts to ensure the safety, security and satisfaction of guests.
- Respond to incoming calls and emails from potential and current tenants.
- Process and verify tenant and coordinate move-in procedures when received.
- Provide information about available accommodation options to the enquiries and direct to the sales representatives with the booking process.
- Provide information about payment methods/options and direct to the finance with the payment process.
- Update the CRM database for any changes occur on tenants profile and record keeping for internal requirements.
- Assisting customers with registration or account creation.
- Collect - analyse and respond customer reviews(Trustpilot & Google).
- Developing and documenting knowledge into helpful content(FAQ).
- Assist tenants with maintenance requests and coordinate with operations.
- Respond to emergency situations and assist tenants with urgent requests.
- Assist weekend operations behind desk if needed.
- Prepare end-of-day reports for departments.
Location: Holborn, London
Schedule: 3 days week(Monday, Tuesday, Friday) and weekends
