IndiCater is a specialist back-office software provider working exclusively in the hospitality sector. We are currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service by addressing questions or concerns via the support line or the online ticketing system in using the IndiCater platform.
- Responds to client queries via telephone, emails, and/or submitted support tickets in a timely manner. Seeks clarity where required.
- Performs troubleshooting as necessary to identify the root cause of issues reported.
- Addresses identified issues. Utilizes software tools and problem-solving strategies to solve issues. Follows up with clients regarding solutions.
- Maintains records of client issues and interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Raises internal tickets to the technical support team where needed.

- Confidence in communicating over the phone and by email
- A passion for timely delivery, balanced with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues to assist with resolutions or answers
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to organise and prioritize work well
- Prior experience in a technical support role is ideal
- Knowledge of hospitality/e-commerce is a plus
This position is home based, but will require travel to Reading once per quarter for company meetings.

Pay: £27,500.00-£28,000.00 per year
