We are working with in an award winning SaaS company providing cutting edge, web-based applications covering, e-commerce, ticketing/booking systems, membership software and content management systems. You’ll be assisting with the on-boarding process of new and existing clients as well as proactively looking after clients’ needs. You will play a key role in the Client Support Team helping to ensure exceptional client retention levels are achieved.
What you'll be doing
- Ensuring all clients are receiving exceptional service across all points of the platform.
- Liaising with clients throughout the process of them seeking support.
- Assisting new clients with their initial user journey on the platform.
- Engaging with client’s quires through email, online chat support and inbound calls.
What you'll need to apply
- Exceptional communication skills allowing you to effectively engage with clients.
- Equally strong written communication skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to work on multiple tasks.
- Positive mental attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
