An opportunity has arisen for a commercially astute dynamic business manager to lead the New Business activity within Customer Support and Services UK. The role holder will be responsible for all New Business / Future contracts in the CSS UK perimeter with an emphasis to ensure alignment with wider UK and Group Strategic direction.
The Key objective is to ensure all major bids are delivered on time and supported through to contract start. This to both support MBDA business acquisition and enable continuous support provision to customers/users.
What we're looking for from you:We are seeking a dynamic self starter with commercial and proposal generation experience. Someone who is a natural communicator and leader. Who is always looking ahead to foresee and avoid issues with a customer focus and a passion to meet timescales and deliver to plan.
It is likely that the successful candidate with have experience of leading teams by influence and experience of proposal generation and follow up.
