Customer Support Representative
Signature TECHNICAir Bournemouth Airport , Fixed term contract (Initially 2 months)
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for project managing each input into the hangar. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, manufacturer support representatives, regulatory authority representatives, and various company personnel throughout the maintenance process. Keeping our customers up to date on the progress of their input and gaining customer approvals for the continuation of the input

Signature TECHNICAir, is a global provider of aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul specializing in small to mid-size, turbine-powered business aircraft, with locations throughout the United States and Europe. As a division of Signature Aviation, Signature TECHNICAir EMEA operates a full service, CAA & EASA certified Part 145 Repair Station at Bournemouth airport, in conjunction with strategically positioned mobile service units based at Farnborough and Luton airports that serve a wide range of capabilities, across the UK and Europe.
Your new role:
- Coordinate and manage the project activities for each maintenance input into the hangar
- Liaise with customers, manufacturer support representatives, regulatory authority representatives, and company management and support personnel as required
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders before, during, and after maintenance input events, ensuring all parties are informed and updated on the progress
- Obtain necessary customer approvals for the continuation of maintenance input
- Raise work packs and make amendments/revisions when necessary
- Ensure compliance with all Technical Services procedures and regulations
- Provide assistance to visiting aircrew and customers, ensuring their needs are met
- Manage the upkeep and maintenance of the crew lounge area
- Input of daily maintenance hours onto company systems
- Scanning and sending work packs to customers
About you:
- Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar customer support or project management role, and within the aviation industry would be highly desirable
- You demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build andmaintain relationships with various stakeholders
- You're proactive with a customer-focused mindset
- You work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
