Your role
You will be part of our team who support all of our volunteers within our shops (retail) as well as our fundraising volunteers. Also to key individuals and volunteer groups in order to secure support, nurture relationships and increase levels of engagement. It is a pro-active team who provide an exceptional customer service. You'll be focussed on:
- Supporting our volunteers with the creation of support materials on RNLI systems which include marketing posters, invitations, and tickets
- Supporting our volunteers with the provision of resources, including sourcing RNLI mascots and marquees, collection equipment and shop merchandise
- Efficiently using a number of different systems including databases, Microsoft products and resource planning systems
- Meeting agreed deadlines to deliver against performance indicators and service level agreements
About you
You'll be a team player who can multi task, pay close attention to detail and have wide-ranging communication skills.
To be considered for this role you will need to have:
- Experience of administration using a variety of database, systems and Microsoft products
- Experience of working in an office-based environment
- Experience of working in customer service (not essential)
