Job description
Dear Future Team Member,
We are looking for your help to continue our high standards of Customer Support in our fast-expanding family business in Cornwall.
We are about to launch a brand-new product and we are looking for a motivated individual to Support, Onboard and Manage clients in this exciting project, but don’t worry you will be fully supported and trained by Alistair our Head of Customer Support and the rest of the team.
If you love speaking to people, enjoy a fresh challenge, can pick up new skills with ease including software tools and specialise in helping clients to find solutions to problems this may be the perfect role for you!
The daily tasks are quite varied from remaining in regular contact with your own portfolio of customers, to testing our new software platform for issues and enhancements, right through to onboarding and training new customers. Don’t worry this is via MS Teams so you don’t need to leave the comfort of our nice warm offices (and mini pool table).
Our team feel the most important characteristics are attention to detail, organisation, and being able to chat to any one, and I’d say excellent time management and the ability to troubleshoot on the fly is just as important.
Good understanding of software tools would be advantageous and may give you a head start, but full training will be provided and tailored to your needs and ongoing as part of personal development.
In return your excellent customer service skills will be rewarded with a great starting salary, additional monthly bonus for just being good at your job, company t-shirts and fleeces. Work parties and extra time off for Christmas each year (we are a family company after all) and additional holiday for loyalty every 2 years.
Can't wait to hear from you explaining how you can help our team continue on our journey to 100% customer satisfaction and don't forget to add a copy of your CV.
Don't take too long to respond, as we are looking for our new team member to start as soon as possible.
Best regards
Chris
Director
