We are representing an amazing Tech4Good start-up based in Bristol, who are looking for a new Customer Support Manager. They’re looking for somebody that has customer support/success experience, ideally within the software industry, who is now looking to make a real difference with their career.

What you'll be doing

  • Help to manage the customer support departments daily functions and assist users with front end support.
  • Address any escalated customer support issues.
  • Implement processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Report any bugs to the relevant departments at cross functional meetings.
  • Oversee the expansion of the team including interviewing and hiring new employees.

What you'll need to apply

  • Experience within a customer support role, ideally within the tech industry.
  • Previous experience within a managerial position is beneficial.
  • A great track record of improving customer satisfaction.
  • Fantastic communication and problem solving skills.
