Customer Services Executive

As a Customer Services Executive your role is to use your skills and experience to ensure that a you deliver the highest standard of service to customers, and to achieve other targets as set by the Head of Sales. Maintaining the highest integrity and customer service levels at all times.

The main role and responsibilities of a Customer Services Executive include but are not limited to the following:

Respond quickly to customer enquiries

Handle and resolve complaints in a timely manner

Dealing with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face

Provide pricing and sending out quotes

Provide delivery information to couriers

Set up new customer accounts on CRM system

Process orders accurately on multiple platforms

Keep accurate records of all customer interactions

Communicate and work effectively with all other departments

Prioritise workload to meet strict deadlines

Liaise with Suppliers - answer customer enquiries, obtain product information

Pushing through invoices - customers and suppliers

Issuing refunds and taking payment

Accurate input of large volumes of data

Maintenance and update of systems

Person specification.

  • Must have a good eye for detail
  • Must be able to communicate well with people at all levels
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and a good listener
  • Must be able to adapt / respond quickly to changing situations
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Must be able to work to deadlines under pressure
  • Be able to demonstrate initiative and problem solving skills
  • Reliable with good timekeeping
  • Must have good IT skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Education:

  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

  • customer service: 1 year (required)
