The Role

What You’ll Need

  • Experience delivering high quality customer service. Investigating and resolving customer queries or complaining quickly and with an adaptable manner. Always looking to go the extra mile for customers
  • Attention to detail when handling sensitive customer information to ensure data is recorded or amended accurately
  • Ability to manage priorities simultaneously and meet any time-sensitive deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to multi-task across different channels.
  • Quick at learning new systems and able to adapt quickly to any changes to processes and procedures.
  • Ability to learn from interactions with customers and analyse personal performance to continually improve level of service


Nice to haves

  • Existing experience with customer retention beneficial
  • Previous experience with customer ticketing software
  • Interest or prior knowledge in nutrition, supplements and health & wellbeing
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Google suite.
