Brooklyn Bow is an independent company, based in Coventry and we have been in business for 35 years . We design and manufacture ribbon and bows for the Lingerie sector and metal and plastic accessories for Swimwear. We have a very clear signature : we believe in quality and attention to detail and we work only with high end brands . Our design team here in the Coventry office create our new collections and manage sampling and we manufacture all bulk orders at our factories in China . We have a small team in our China office and the role includes very close daily contact and liaison with our colleagues there.
We are a small company and we are looking for a dedicated , conscientious person to work in our sales team. The responsibilities would cover all aspects of customer care and support right from early new design sampling and development through to bulk orders and delivery . The person must be able to work independently but also closely with other members of the team .They must be thorough and able to apply attention to detail and they must be respectful and supportive of their fellow members .
Specifically the role involves managing customer sample orders for new season styles and developments and liaising closely with the design team here in the UK and in our China office . When a style is selected we process new colours and the pre-production sample orders . We cost styles, confirm prices and make sure the technical details are all correct and in place for production. This involves a lot of detail and close work with our customers to ensure that they have all the information they need to give style approval . At the production stage the China office plans all manufacturing and arranges shipments directly but the role involves keeping customers updated at all stages of the production process and responding to any requests they have at any point .

Salary: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
