Jampact HR has partnered with an international social marketing firm and is hiring a Customer Support Coordinator to collaborate on a holistic beauty social media influencer account. (775K plus followers).
Contract FT position: Starting @ $3K USD/month, – 40 hours a week, REMOTE. Full time hours, long-term contract.
This is you:
- You have 5 years of experience in the customer service space, preferably supervising others and preferably providing customer service for a beauty or wellness product.
- You like taking care of customers and always treat them like family.
- You’re interested in moving into a leadership position with us within less than a year.
- You’re extremely organized.
This is what you’ll do with us:
- You’ll coordinate and manage a team of 5 Customer Support reps, providing regular feedback and support.
- You’ll keep your Customer Support team performing to company set KPI’s.
- You’ll provide top-notch customer service through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
- You’ll address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests with empathy and professionalism.
- You’ll be our go to source for our customer’s point of view about our product.
- You’ll develop an in-depth understanding of our holistic beauty programs and their benefits.
- You’ll troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly ensuring customer satisfaction.
- You’ll collect and document customer feedback and suggestions to help improve products and services.
- You’ll be the master of organizing our customer records, interactions, and orders.
- You’ll collaborate with other departments and communicate our customer insights and feedback.
- You’ll develop and manage the Q&A reply to templates for the customer support team.
This is what you must have:
- Reliable internet access.
- 5 years of experience in the customer service space, preferably supervising others.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong affinity for holistic beauty.
- Ability to adapt to changing customer situations in a fast-paced environment.
- Be able to work in a team in a remote setting.
