The Role
We are recruiting for motivated and committed professional to join our Customer Support Team who support our Tribal Dynamics operations which brings the implementation of Microsoft 365 to our large and growing education client base across the globe.
The Customer Support Consultant is an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology and who wants to forge a career for the global leaders within EdTech, Tribal Group.
Key Responsibilities
Provide effective and professional management of customer incidents via telephone, e-mail, website and user groups
Provide an excellent customer experience by maintaining regular contact with Customers
Ensuring effective time management and control of your support tickets
Develop and maintain productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Build and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and associated services.
Understand and promote good practice of our products and services.
Actively contribute to continuous service improvement, including making recommendations on internal processes and product design/usage
Contribute to supporting high-quality documentation, e.g. FAQs, Helpsheets, User Notes
If you do have experience providing application and technical support of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) and Dynamics Power Platform would be beneficial but not essential, but you do need to understand what great customer services looks like and be really engaged about technology; that’s really essential to be successful in this role. It is important that you have excellent verbal and written communication skills as liaising with customers is a core element of the role.
Candidates who will excel in this role will have strong analytical skills and the ability to explain technical problems effectively and constructively in a way that can be easily understood by others.
