We are looking for an analytical person to join our highly-rated Customer Support team. It’s our team’s goal to support, educate, help and delight our users to utilize Koinly to its full potential.
In this analytical customer support role, you will become a problem solver and a product expert in Koinly. You will help users importing their data correctly by taking a deep dive into their accounts. Your task is to investigate, diagnose, and fix software issues caused by incorrect use of the product. Furthermore, you will collect feedback and report bugs, all to improve the customer experience, and to deliver the possible service to the end-user.
You’ll thrive in this role if you have the following experience.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English with good written skills
- Analytical skills and a lover of numbers
- Perseverance and patience - the ability to concentrate on large, time-consuming tasks
- Basic financial literacy
- Organized with high attention to detail
- A problem solver with a can-do attitude, open to new and unexpected challenges and changes
- Tech-savvy and keen to learn and develop yourself
- Confident knowledge of Excel
- An interest and experience in crypto is awesome! But at least, you need to be crypto-curious to excel in this role!
- Available to work (fully remote) 9-18 GMT/GMT+1
Bonus points if:
- You come from accountancy, finance, or tax background
- Skilled in SQL or Python
- Experience or an interest in programming or data analysis
- You have experience in customer support and/or an online software service
