Begin your career as a Customer Experience Advisor, where you will be responsible for speaking with all our customers and being a part of the future of broadband.
The position will:
- Require strong communication and organisational ability;
- Require you to be enthusiastic, energetic, and positive;
- Require you to have a willingness to learn
- Require a minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Services
Your Duties will include:
- General customer service, speaking to customers to help with any issues that may arise through phone, live chat, email & text.
- Help our customers with faults by using our portals and software
- Administration for contracts, agreements, terms.
- Connect customers to the right departments
Start Date: ASAP
Working Times: Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 5:30pm

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Head Office Based in Rochester, Kent.
Experience: Preferred, but not essential as full training is provided.

Salary: £20,000.00- £24,000
Supplemental pay types:

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
