Hours: 37.5 per week
Kingfisher Professional Services has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven Tele-Appointer to join our busy sales and marketing team, located in our Nottingham Head Office.
You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, 37.5 hours per week, 08:30-5 PM, Monday to Friday and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £25,000 plus a generous and uncapped bonus scheme.

Job Purpose
As a Tele Appointer, you will play a crucial role in generating qualified leads and scheduling appointments for our sales representatives. Your exceptional communication skills and persuasive abilities will contribute to our company's growth by identifying potential customers and engaging them in meaningful conversations.

Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers using provided scripts and guidelines.
- Engage prospects in conversation to understand their needs, answer their queries, and promote our products/services.
- Identify and qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria to ensure they meet the requirements for further sales engagement.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives, coordinating with both the sales team and the potential customers.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and maintain a consistent level of engagement.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records, notes, and other relevant information in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation and appointment setting.
- Stay informed about industry trends, products/services, and competitors to provide accurate information to potential customers.
- Meet or exceed individual and team targets for lead generation, appointment setting, and conversion rates.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar tele appointer or telemarketing role is preferable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospects.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to convert leads into appointments.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM systems and other telephony software.
- Familiarity with sales and marketing techniques.
- A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection.
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a B2B sales environment is an advantage but full training will be given.
- Knowledge of the [industry/sector] market and customer preferences.
