We have recently closed a seed round with Kima Ventures, one of the first in Wise, and Aglaé Ventures, early-stage fund of the Groupe Arnault, an investor in Netflix and Airbnb. Alongside them, several angel investors, who have built and sold industry-leading companies have decided to take part in this journey.
Responsibilities
We’re looking for a creative individual who finds the motivation in helping others. It will be your responsibility to take care of our growing community and provide support to those who need you.
Some of the things you'll do:
* Provide word class customer support across all our channels.
* Grow and develop our social media community by answering user questions, engaging users and being a helpful and friendly guide.
* Gain deep insights by speaking with our Community to inform our product and content roadmap.
About you:
Experience in customer service
Excellent organisational skills
Outstanding relationship-building skills
A “hustler” mindset and an interest in startups
Bonus points:
Experience with Crisp (or similar - Intercom, Zendesk..)
Experience with technical support
