Job description
As a Customer Support Assistant, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service and efficiency. Your role will involve managing inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with various internal departments to provide timely and accurate solutions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong understanding of customer service principles.
Responsibilities:
- Listen to customer complaints and provide solutions.
- Maintain customer records and update customer profiles.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Resolve customer issues in a professional manner.
- Act as first point of contact for all customers, ensuring a friendly service is instantly portrayed.
- Investigate customer's requirements to understand needs and advise on suitable products.
- Establish great customer rapport ensuring a first-class service is delivered at all times and trust is gained instantly.
