Job description
6 month FTC
- On a daily basis, you’ll use our retail systems to solve Smartcard and other ticket related queries and issues, delivering excellent and timely support to help Stagecoach customers wherever they are or however they contact us.
- You’ll offer just the right mix of customer support, maintain documentation and keep track of live customer support cases.
- You’ll build strong relationships with our regional customer support teams and third party suppliers so that, together, we can ensure the best and quickest outcomes for our customers.
- You’ll need to be able to evidence that you have recent experience and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- You’ll bring strong skills in all areas of administration, including organisation, problem solving, meeting deadlines with a high level of attention to detail.
- You’ll be a confident communicator across all mediums – whether that’s over the phone, writing emails or chatting on social media.
- You’ll have a “can do attitude”, a willingness to get stuck in and be a great team player
- You’ll be confident with IT systems and platforms and have a sound working knowledge of standard business software (Microsoft Office, cloud based customer management platforms)
