Spacecare Ltd are an established national estates maintenance company offering services on over 900 sites to include grounds maintenance, soft and hard landscaping, specialist cleaning and winter services. Spacecare is the contractor of choice for many well-known property management companies, private owners, national companies and local governments, undertaking services on business parks, retail parks, industrial estates and commercial buildings.
The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Assistant to join our team based out of our Telford head office, the role will include;
- Communicating regularly with clients on the phone and by email.
- Maintaining relationships with clients.
- Helpdesk control - logging and reporting works.
- Allocation of works to teams via in house systems.
- Creation of reports for clients.
- Assisting our contracts team.
Skills and experiences:
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Proficient in the use of computer programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word etc.
- Motivation and enthusiasm to learn our existing systems and become part of a team
- Good timekeeping
- A good and confident telephone manner
