Customer Support Agent – Waste Services – Peterlee – Hybrid Working – Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 5:00 - £24,000 per annum

The position:
We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to provide support and assistance to the Waste business in all forms.
What you’ll be doing:
- Dealing with customer enquiries through phone and email
- Liaising with suppliers to find a quick resolution to service issues
- Chasing delivery/service confirmation
- Maintaining customer records to ensure they are accurate and up to date
- Conducting administrative tasks
- Liaising with Finance on billing issues/queries
- Taking on new responsibilities as they arise within a fast-paced team

The package:
- Basic salary of £24,000 per annum
