Job Overview:
The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to all customers through a variety of channels such as email and chat. The ideal candidate will be an empathetic and patient individual who has excellent communication skills and can think on their feet to resolve customer issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Investigate and resolve customer issues, escalating them to the appropriate department when necessary
- Document all customer interactions in a clear and concise manner
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company's products and services
- Continuously seek ways to improve customer satisfaction and resolve customer issues more efficiently
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide the best possible customer service
- Collaborate with the rest of the customer support team to ensure a consistent level of service for all customers
