Customer Support Agent
At Years we believe we have created the world’s best dog food and we are now building a customer support team to match!
Your role as a Customer Support Agent will be focused on delivering amazing customer experiences, responding to queries and resolving problems when, and before, they arise.
You’ll be dealing with emails, direct messages, live chat messages, inbound and outbound phone calls and posts on social media.
We’re looking for someone with a passion for customer service and the ability to engage and delight customers across different media. A love of dogs and the ability to build rapport with all kinds of people is essential.

Your responsibilities as Customer Support Agent will include:
Responding to customer queries and resolving issues.
Using our eCommerce tools to read, understand and accurately amend customer orders and account information.
Using our helpdesk tool to record customer interactions.
Work as part of a team to identify customer pain points and feedback to the relevant department.
What we are looking for in our Customer Support Agent:
Demonstrable ability to communicate effectively with different people, to be clear, articulate and straightforward, but also warm and friendly in line with our brand-language guidelines.
Ability to listen to and empathise with all kinds of different people.
Ability to build rapport with customers, even when they are annoyed or dissatisfied.
Excellent written word skills.
Able to accurately read, understand and record key customer and order information in various systems (training will be provided).
Able to work from the Head Office in Nottingham (a hybrid role will be considered in the case of exceptional candidates).
Able to work some evenings and weekends.
Passionate about dog health and dog nutrition.
