Job description
We’re looking for a new member of the Operations team to join as our Customer Support Agent. As part of the Customer Service Team you will spend the majority of your time on the phones, answering our support tickets and responding to live chats.

Role Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate will be able to build rapport quickly in a friendly and approachable manner via telephone and email.
- Talking confidently with customers and relevant stakeholders about products and services.
- To assess customer needs and effectively deliver solutions.
- Supporting the customer success team with relevant client queries.
- Processing and handling orders from the top UK retailers & dealing with customer returns.
- Supporting the accounts department with VAT Invoice retrieval.
- Being a key player in identifying and investigating issues & improvements within our ecommerce platform.
- Daily Administrative tasks to support the operations team.
- Resolving customer complaints, ensuring satisfaction, and escalating when needed
- Collaborating with teammates to ensure effective and efficient problem-solving
- Staying up-to-date with our products, services, and policies
- Carrying out any other duties to support the customer service team
Skills and Experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organisation skills, ability to prioritise work and good time management
- Proactive thinking
- Good problem solving skills
- Experience with a customer support
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and quick thinking
