Customer Support Advisor
Bank House, Bank Street, Whitefield, Manchester
Office based: 5 day working week for 40 hours, Monday – Sunday. Set shift pattern can be discussed.
Salary from £24,000 (rising to £26,000 after probation)

Verofy is a fast-paced, innovative, rapidly expanding FinTech Company who provide point-of-sale software and hardware solutions across the UK. We are looking for an articulate, enthusiastic, and hardworking individual to work in our Whitefield office. As a Customer Support Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our operational support.
We are launching an industry changing platform and are looking for highly adaptable individuals to join our team. In this role you will be closely working with management and providing feedback on new systems/processes. You will also be working closely with our Partners and merchants to provide the best customer service experience as possible. Ideally, you will have had experience of liaising with client/customer queries over the phone and via email, and experience of working under pressure to resolve issues when they arise. Attention to detail is a must due to this role involving data, reporting and administrative duties.
About the role
- Provide a high standard of ongoing customer support via telephone and email
- Present feedback from Partners to management and other departments
- Always ensure professional levels of service to our partners and customers
- Build good rapport with Partners
- Adhere to GDPR regulations
- Liaise with Partners to optimise their business with us
- Work with Partners to resolve issues
- Assist other departments at short notice when required
- Deliver internal reporting and communication with other teams and offices
