As the sole Webfleet Solutions and MANTIS Live Partner in Ireland, we are responsible for supplying and installing our solutions into some of the UK and Ireland's largest fleets.
As part of our expansion plan, we are seeking a Fleet Support Advisor to work within our Belfast office. We are looking for talented individuals to join our operations team. We provide a dynamic and positive working environment which allows you to develop and enhance your skills
Job Duties:
- Answer calls and e-mails in line with team KPI’s.
- Develop and maintain a complete understanding of our products and ongoing releases.
- Technical fault analysis & troubleshooting.
- Provide training to new and existing customers.
- Assist the Engineers remotely. (Commissioning, testing and updating web portal after installation of products,).
- Monitor performance of installed software and hardware products.
- Liaising with the client's management team and operational staff in order to maintain excellent relationships.
- Meeting the client’s standards of Service Levels within strict timescales
- Working with other teams within our company to build understanding and consistency of process and approach where applicable.
- Continually keeping abreast of new procedures and implementing them when necessary
- Keeping accurate records regarding customer queries on the database.
- Keeping up to date with knowledge of the company’s product / service portfolio attending regular training sessions accordingly.
- Reporting and escalating where required any errors or problems to management when necessary
- Working within a team and keeping a pleasant working environment

The role is permanent and full-time within the office hours of 8:30am – 5:00pm (Mon-Fri).
