We are looking for a Customer Support Advisor to join the QD Family at our Norwich Operations Office!
The main purpose of this role is to communicate with customers effectively and efficiently to resolve queries and complaints. We are looking for a polite and friendly individual who is confident talking to customers and has a professional and mature attitude.
Main duties:
1) Communicate with customers via various platforms, dealing with their enquiries and requests
2) Process courier related tracking enquiries and parcel claims
3) Processing of payment using various payment providers
4) Liaise with internal teams, third party agencies and suppliers to resolve enquiries
5) Arranging refunds and/or compensation where required
6) Prioritising your workload to maximise productivity
This is a full time position, working Monday to Friday.
