Since launching in 2007, there are now over 140,000 active good causes registered with easyfundraising, from schools and local community groups, to national charities and 1.8 million registered supporters!

Position:
We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Agent to join our amazing Team. Our users will call on you to help them raise money and as first line support you will need to be a good listener and do your best work when helping others.
Our users raise money by internet shopping so as well as having brilliant customer service skills you will also need to be tech savvy.
We are looking for resilient candidates who will go out of their way to ensure our users are able to raise donations for their causes. Get it right and you can help a cause raise hundreds of pounds!
This is a full time permanent role and we are based in Lichfield.
Requirements:
To be successful you should have excellent written communication skills, and proven customer support experience. You should be comfortable using a customer service / helpdesk system, and if you have used live chat that would be even better!
There will be the need for some outbound calling. We would love it if you have experience in this but more important is the confidence to speak to our users about our product, getting satisfaction from knowing you have helped them to use easyfundraising successfully.
You should consider yourself a problem solver and have the curiosity to find the root cause of issues and take pride in resolving them.
