Job description

Davies Group are currently looking for a Customer Support Administrator to join the team. Joining Davies as a Customer Support Technician means that you will provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers. So, you’ll need to be a great communicator, dedicated to providing a professional and empathetic service.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls
  • Issue reports to clients when required
  • Resolve customer queries proactively
  • Appoint suppliers
  • Make outbound calls to customer/supplier/clients
  • Dealing with and actioning associated tasks in relation to claims
  • To support the field adjusters and associates
  • Compile reports within the Adjuster/Technician partnership
  • To carry out any reasonable instruction given by their senior manager, in line with business requirements

  • A professional and adaptable communication style – both written and verbal;
  • Efficient administrative skills;
  • Strong numeracy, literacy, and IT skills;
