Role: Customer Success - New Business
Salary: £25,000 + Commission (OTE £40,000)
Contract type: Full-time. We offer flexibility of working hours and location.
Location: Bristol (Hybrid)

What you will be doing
As a Customer Success - New Business representative, you will play a key role in the growth of the business.
Signable is an electronic signature software provider that makes contract signing easy.
You will drive revenue and lifetime value by proactively getting in front of free trial customers and educating them on new and existing product capabilities. You will act with urgency when it comes to customer queries and issues.
You will play a key role in qualifying sales opportunities provided by our marketing team, nurture leads, do web presentations for prospects and free trial customers. The ideal candidate will be innovative, determined and a go-getter.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for increasing new monthly and annual subscriptions;
- Onboard all new Free Trial Customers;
- Develop and qualify new lead opportunities
- Hunt for prospects on social networks such as LinkedIn;
- Ensure the customers experience an easy onboarding process of our solutions as well as to provide strategic guidance on how customers can maximise the adoption and usage of our solution and its benefits;
- Develop partner relationships within the UK and US;
- Relentlessly serve as the customer advocate to Signable ensuring customer satisfaction;
- Collaborate with product and support teams to maximise customer satisfaction and growth;
- Response to customer queries with urgency;
- Lead and Opportunity Management via our CRM tool (HubSpot).
Essential Skills / Our Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills;
- A natural curiosity, self-motivated, and eager to learn;
- Ability to work across different communication channels, including phone, email, and LinkedIn;
- Assertiveness and confidence;
- You can perform well under pressure, with outstanding organisation and the ability to prioritise;
- Loves helping people.
