Senior Customer Manager – Off Trade

Function: Off Trade
Location: Field Based

Salary: £52,000 - £60,000 base (DOE) + Flexible benefits (15% of base salary can be taken as cash, benefits, or a mix of both) plus full benefits listed below.

Contract: Permanent

The Role
Reporting into the Business Unit Director, The Senior Account Manager sits within the Off Trade organisation and is required to deliver budget volume, net sales revenue, profit and market share. The job needs to take a holistic approach to the needs of the business in which they partner using a range of developed consumer, shopper and customer category based skills – adding insight and developing initiatives that are tailored to the customer’s needs. Internally the role must also drive forecast accuracy via jointly agreed brand forecasts.

You will be a the key contact point for the customer, managing the full provision of account management and prime negotiation for pricing and promotions, create and champion customer understanding throughout Heineken UK in order to deliver joined up approach that satisfies the customer needs whilst also working closely with them on category partnership to drive visibility of Heineken brands.

The Candidate
We are looking for someone with a strong all-rounder for this role. This job requires someone who is able to use their strong data analyst and interpretation skills to sell and negotiate whilst maintaining excellent stakeholder relationships. If you have a category, portfolio, and experience in managing a budget or P&L then we want to hear from you!

If you have;

  • Strong stakeholder management skills – able to create and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally with people at all levels
  • Good selling and negotiation skills
  • Great data analysis and interpretation skills – being able to pull detailed analysis together and turn in into an engaging presentation
