Customer Success Manager – London/ Hybrid – £30,000-£45,000 + Commission

Our client, an innovative funding consultancy specialising in tech start-ups, are looking for a driven, ambitious Customer Success Manager to join their team. This is an exciting role to help dozens of clients revolutionise and elevate people's lives.
This role is split into Account Retention and Account Growth.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Hosting discovery calls with clients to understand their requirements
- Create renewal proposals to ensure minimal churn of clients
- Provide client feedback to various stakeholders in the business to improve delivery standars and processes
- Proactively check in with your clients to understand their development and growth plans to deepen the relationships
Skills/attributes required:
- Similar experience in a similar role
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Experience working in or with start-ups and/or scale ups
- Passion for technology
- Comfortable communicating with CEOs CFOs and founders via email, phone and in-person
