Established in 2006, Minster Law is one of the UK’s leading personal injury claims providers to the motor insurance market. As well as personal injury, we also offer advice to clients in relation to employment, consumer and property disputes.
We have recently partnered with Superscript who are looking to redefine business insurance. Superscript are no ordinary insurance company providing cover that is effortless, fair, and flexible – just the way it should be! The Roles
As Superscript focus on the next stage of their growth, they’re looking to build a team of Insurance Specialists to help them get there. Those successful will help to form the Inbound/Outbound arm of the Customer Success Departments.
There are 3 different roles available, with 3 vacancies per role and all on 1 year, Fixed Term contracts.
Customer Retention Specialist, Customer Solutions Specialist and Customer Success Specialist.
All 3 roles play a crucial part and whilst there are subtle differences between the roles, one thing is clear for Superscript – the perfect person for the role is a results driven, super-organised and enthusiastic people-person, eager to deliver exceptional service to their clients!

Person Specification for All roles
Essential Criteria
- Excellent spoken and writing English skills (minimum of GCSE Grade C or equivalent in English
- GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in Maths
- Previous experience of working in a Customer Service role
- Excellent, proven Customer Service skills
- Self-motivated – can work independently and as part of a team
- Tech-savvy
Desirable
- Experience of organising workloads and maintaining effective contact with customers
- Robust – able to deal with changing circumstances and challenging situations whilst still achieving objectives
- Team Player and act as a role model to your colleagues, working together to achieves business and team goals
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic business environment
Salary
£19,838 to £22,500
