Having recently secured Series B funding, they are determined to become the leading insurance company for connected and autonomous vehicles.
Role: Head of Customer Success
You will play a crucial role in helping customers unlock maximum value from their connected insurance policies. Working closely with the Chief Underwriting Officer and Chief Revenue Officer, and collaborating with the extended leadership team, you will lead the team's transition, building robust processes, playbooks, and implementing effective hiring and training plans.

- Lead the team transition by developing processes, playbooks, and talent strategies
- Focus on delivering proactive safety interventions to fleet customers, improving their journey from onboarding to reduced road traffic accidents and seamless renewals.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data, underwriting, operations, sales, and product, to develop tools, features, and scalable value delivery processes.
- Utilize CRM (Hubspot) and other tools to collect and analyse data for enhanced engagement and decision-making.
- Provide updates on the customer success strategy and key results to the company, investors, and business partners.

- Expertise in Motor Fleet Insurance Underwriting, Fleet Management Software/Services, or Motor Fleet Claims.
- Experience in a high-growth or scale-up setting.
- Tech enthusiast with a passion for cutting-edge technology.
- Proven experience presenting to large groups at conferences or trade shows.
- Proficiency in building compelling presentations and power points.

Salary: £90,812.73-£120,000.00 per year
