The Customer Success Team is looking for an assistant to provide global support for SATCOM provisioning. In this role, you will be responsible for completing provisioning services for Connected Aircraft Solutions customers. The successful candidate will have excellent administrative and communication skills, they will have the ability to multi task and good all round organisational skills are essential. The successful candidate must be confident and able to communicate effectively with internal and external teams and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Provisioning of Connected Aircraft Solutions products and services for Global customers
  • Producing regular reports for customers and providing ad hoc data requests
  • Identifying potential areas for service improvement, then suggesting and planning activities to improve the customer experience
  • Ensuring business support applications are kept up to date
  • Liaising with multiple internal and external service providers, building and maintaining relationships with them
  • Taking ownership of any issues that are reported and working them through to resolution
  • Ability to gather and collate technical information and to communicate it effectively with a variety of nationalities across multiple time zones
  • Work in a collaborative way, contributing towards a culture of high quality and continuous improvement
  • Any other duties as might be required commensurate with the role and grading
  • Provide out of hours support – working as part of an on-call rota to include weekends and Bank Holidays
  • Potential to work on a shift basis to provide global coverage for provisioning services

Required Qualifications:

  • Should possess excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Adaptable to work in an ever changing and demanding operational environment
  • Possess detailed technical analytical skills

Desired Qualifications/Experience:

  • Proven Customer Service, operational or related industry experience
  • ITIL Certification
