A highly successful Sheffield-based group of companies is searching for an ambitious and highly-organised Customer Service Advisor to add to our growing Customer service team.
Our group is made up of 5 manufacturing businesses that span security, power tools and automotive aftercare with sites in the UK and Chicago, USA. Future acquisitions and investments are also moving us further into the online space with exciting opportunities coming.

In this role you will be responsible for liaising with all areas of the business such as Sales, Purchasing, Accounts, IT, Planning and Production, Despatch and Manufacturing, providing exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey within OSL.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- To ensure customer excellence is applied to all interactions internally and externally
- To answer inbound calls from UK and international customers
- To make outbound calls from UK and international customers
- To respond to UK and international email enquiries efficiently
- To process UK and international purchase orders efficiently and accurately
- To process UK and international quotations
- To log customer complaints promptly
- To investigate complaints for an efficient resolution
- To liaise with internal / external stakeholders
To be successful, you will have:
- Great communication and organisation skills, with the ability to work accurately under pressure individually and as part of a team.
- A professional approach, with a customer first attitude.
- Good levels of computer literacy
- Customer service experience is desirable but not essential as training will be given.

Salary: £20,300.00-£21,300.00 per year
