Casedo is a software application that gives professionals overwhelmed by too many documents a way to organise and understand their papers efficiently, making them faster, more accurate, and less frustrated. Casedo is simple, fast and easy to use.

Casedo’s primary target market is law, and the application is currently used by hundreds of legal professionals in the UK and abroad. However, Casedo has applications far beyond law, particularly in education and research.

Role Summary

We’ve launched a new strategic vision and need a self-motivated communicator to manage our customer relationships all the way from prospects to paying customers. We need someone who can:

  • understand Casedo inside and out,
  • build personal relationships with our customers to encourage retention,
  • give excellent first level product support,
  • manage and support trialists
  • write knowledge base articles, website content, and blog posts
  • assist in managing and delivering the marketing strategy.
This role has huge potential at a small company looking to scale significantly in the coming 18 months.

Role Requirements (Must-Have Skills)

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced communicator with great self-motivation and the following skills:
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Excellent user-facing IT skills, particularly in relation to Windows and Mac OS.
  • Ability to learn new digital tools to a high level. This includes, but is not limited to Casedo itself (full training a support will be given).
  • Organisational skills – the ability to devise, execute, and deliver strategies to engage customers and monitor results.
Role Requirements (Optional)

  • A law degree, or experience of working in law, corporate administration, or as a researcher would be real bonus in understanding our customers.
Time/Location/Pay

  • Currently the Casedo Team works remotely, but we need to be able to meet at regular intervals. We are looking for someone to work primarily from home, but able to travel into central London on a semi-regular basis. Therefore you must be based in the United Kingdom and be eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
  • As both a Green Small Business and a Living Wage Employer, we believe that not only is work-life balance important to well-being but that also people can achieve more in tightly-defined working hours. As such we are looking for someone to work 30 hours per week for £22,000 (pro rata to 40 hours per week this is £29,333) plus incentives.
