Salary: £16 - £18 per hour (UK)

As a Customer Success Intern, you will gain valuable and diverse experience working with Customer Success Managers, speaking to customers to understand their requirements, and gathering insight on our customers and business needs while working cross-functionally. You’ll find yourself constantly challenged and excited about the next big thing.

About You
- Educated: Pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Humanities, or a similar field of study
- Creative: You are always working the angles and applying your creative thinking skills to see opportunities that others may have missed
- Communicative: Whether written or verbal, people know what you mean, what you are asking for, and what is expected
- Analytical: You have an eye for detail and have the ability to interpret data into simple, intuitive information
- Detail-oriented: You have a keen eye for the little things, and you’re comfortable working with granular details
- Proficient: You have an amazing presentation and public speaking skills, as well as spreadsheet and data analysis experience
Key Responsibilities
- Researching and gathering insight into our customer's organizations and businesses worldwide
- Contributing to outbound campaigns by performing and presenting competitive analyses
- Organizing and participating in internal deal reviews, improving integrations, flag fraud concerns, highlighting compliance risks, positioning new products, assisting in training, and strengthening usability
- Aiding commercial teams with the preparation of pricing and contracts
- Delivering weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports
- Communicating our value to customers by positioning new products, assisting in training, and strengthening the usability of our products
- Other tasks as assigned
