The Role
Due to expansion our customer is looking for an ambitious new Customer Success Executive.
The position will provide a fantastic opportunity to the successful applicant to establish themselves as part of a passionate and driven team of industry experts.
Responsibilities:
- Client prospecting and new customer acquisition.
- Source new opportunities from existing clients and proactively identify new sales prospects.
- Customer calling to ensure success of sales and marketing campaigns.
- Utilise social media as a social selling tool.
- Lead nurturing, working closely with the field sales team and the Internal Sales Manager.
- Nurture existing Digital Construction customers to ensure they are satisfied, loyal and that we are continually exploring additional opportunities.
- Work with sales teams to identify and qualify opportunities for up/cross sell in existing account base
- Distribute customer communications including welcome, updates, feedback, offers and further information.
- Follow-up and nurture of incoming leads and tasks assigned by marketing.
- Review marketing intelligence supplied by marketing
- Account based marketing support and follow up when necessary
- Provide sales support on marketing campaigns when required including events, offers and incentives.
- Build customer and prospect reports
- Collect customer feedback and ensure customer satisfaction
Experience & Qualifications (Desired, not necessarily required)
- Educated to degree level or relevant experience.
- Customer facing experience – able to demonstrate aptitude and suitability in a previous role.
- Experience with using social media for business.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- The Professional Individual.
- High organisational skills, extremely disciplined with time-management and possesses a strong work ethic.
- First rate interpersonal skills and approachable nature.
- Excellent command of language both written and verbal.
- Strong professional attitude to all aspects of work, both dealing with customers and colleagues.
- A clear strength of character – able to remain determined to attain targets under pressure or when handling customer objections.
