Job description
Volta Trucks, a hypergrowth European Electric Truck Manufacturer, is looking for a Customer Solutions Specialist to join our TaaS (Trucks as a Service) team. This is a hybrid role split between our head offices in Reading and remote working.
This is a unique opportunity to join an ambitious scale-up where you will have the opportunity to contribute to the manufacturing strategy for a forward thinking, rapidly expanding business.
What you will do:
We are looking for a people's person, who is able to connect the dots and establish fruitful communication between stakeholders with different needs and requirements. You would project manage and act as trusted adviser and main point of contact for the operational level of all customers pre-delivery and support TaaS sales & upselling opportunities.
- The in-market solution expert across entire TaaS offering
- Focus on sales conversion and TaaS take rate
- Ensure customers have full understanding of TaaS and translate our offering to their business needs
- Bring customer trend feedback to TaaS Element Leader
- Consistently ensure Sales have the most up to date sales material on the TaaS offering
- Help/Support TaaS Sales' training
- Coordinate TaaS requests from sales team ie site assessments
- Help developing TaaS Customer Success team & processes
We would like you to have:
- Previous experience of working within a Customer Service, Sales or Aftersales role
- Problem-solving oriented
- Experience within a technical, automotive or commercial Vehicle field would be advantageous
- Experience working within a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English (B2 level minimum) is essential, other languages desirable
