This is a hybrid role that will allow autonomy and flexibility with home working and office working at any of our three locations Perth, Dundee or West Dunbartonshire

About the role
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who will add value to the Associations busy Customer Services team in the role of Customer Solutions Advisor. This exciting role provides the opportunity to work within a multi-disciplined team delivering support services to a range of internal departments and customers.
You will have relevant Customer Service experience and ability to be the first point of contact for all Caledonia customer enquiries. You will be responsible for receiving, diagnosing and implementing solutions based responses to all Caledonia customer service requests. You will work with a range of contact channels including telephone, face to face, email, IT portals and social media.
