What you’ll be doing
The work we do is to specialise in designing and help implement several types of Contact Centre solutions.
We specialise in Genesys, Cisco, Avaya and Microsoft contact centre solutions.
After your training in your area of expertise, you will be working as a designer in one of our dedicated design teams based in either Newcastle, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds or Adastral Park.
As a designer there is a variety of roles that you could perform. You may be asked to contribute to a bid for a new solution.
You could be asked to work with the product teams who provide our portfolio and assist with the initial integrations for our customers.
You could be part of the team who oversee the transition of a design towards the operational function of service teams.
You could even be asked to specialise in a particular technology area as we realise that it’s our levels of specialism that make a difference to what we do.
Skills and experience we are looking for
We need people who are passionate about their high performance and can display a commitment to delivering their work well.
  • An experience in how contact centres work and a desire to develop towards becoming a technical designer is essential in this role.
  • Having an adaptability and demonstrating a flexibility to make a difference for our customers is also an essential part of our person specification.
  • A desirable skill would be to have someone who is passionate about establishing great user experiences. We recognise that this attribute drives what customers want from us.
  • Another desirable skill would be a proven track record of delivery.
However, we see someone who possess a challenging and collaborative mindset to be a value that we would appreciate.
