We supply Window and Door hardware products nationwide, this is a niche company that provides a diverse and unique opportunity for the right person, in an industry that was deemed as essential through the pandemic.
Position
We are currently seeking a customer service/warehouse assistant to join our expanding team on a full-time basis.
This will be a full-time/permanent position where you will be responsible for the following (among other tasks):
- Serving customers at our trade counter.
- Answering calls and advising customers/taking orders.
- Goods inwards – Booking in and storing away goods.
- Picking and packing of orders ready for dispatch.
- General warehousing duties.
- Working closely with our tight-knit team in all aspects of our small business.
- An initial probationary period of 6 months will be required and upon completion of this you will have the opportunity to expand your skillset and product knowledge with the guidance of our highly experienced team.
- Hours of work may vary but initially you will be working Monday – Friday from 8am – 5pm.
- Anybody with any knowledge or experience in these industries are encouraged to apply as well as those with no experience as full training will be provided.
