Working for a company who are truly unique in our sector, your main function will be handling client communications and striving to provide a unique and personal level of service within our Customer Services Team. Day to day to tasks will be:
-Handling enquires; Answering incoming calls and responding to emails in a professional and timely manner.
-Helping advise customers on services.
-Performing specific functions for key accounts.
-Proactively keeping our customers up to date with their deliveries.
-Point of escalation for customers and the team.
-Responsibility of decision making in a fast paced environment.
