Job description
We are looking to appoint an experienced Clinical Research Support Officer to support the development and delivery of our research projects within the newly funded Centre for Antimicrobial Optimisation Network (CAMO-Net).
The vision of CAMO-Net is to create a leading global network, across partners within the UK (Liverpool/Imperial College London) and in lower/middle income countries (South Africa, Uganda, India, Brazil), for research and capacity strengthening on optimising antimicrobial use.
The role is vital to ensure the development and management of study protocols, regulatory compliance, adherence to timelines/project plans and reporting requirements, including the compilation of accurate documentation for the project.
You will have experience of developing and obtaining approval for clinical research studies including protocol development, and submission to relevant ethics and regulatory bodies
You will also have a degree in a relevant subject preferably in a science or clinical area, or relevant professional experience within a research environment.
The role allows for hybrid/flexible working, but when on Campus the role will be based in the Department of Pharmacology and Therapeutics.
The post is available, on a fixed term basis, until 28th February 2026.
