A vacancy has arisen within the Procurement for a Customer Services Manager.
The successful candidate will be required to provide support to the Procurement & Logistics Manager in the management and provision of an efficient and effective procurement and supplies service within NHS Forth Valley, taking into account any changes which have been planned locally or nationally and may affect the organisation’s policies and procedures particularly with regard to Customer Service / Product management.
Lead and supervise the Customer Service and Product Management teams within Procurement and Supplies Service (Top-Up Service / Reception / Admin and Warehouse), within available team resources and to the required legislative, national and local policy and service delivery standards.
Good customer care skills and being able to communicate effectively and give guidance and support to customers at all levels, suppliers, other Boards, National Procurement and other agencies and bodies.
The ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery is essential for this post.
Hours of Work: The department currently operates 5 days between the hours 8am – 4pm. The post holder will have a flexible approach to meet the needs of the service.
