Leading Golf retailer specialist is seeking a Customer Service and Order Processing Assistant to join their busy customer service department .
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Collate and manage daily order processing.
Deal with all aspects of customer service
Weekly management reporting - stock and sales reports
System updates - price list and product updates
Maintain product barcode database.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work as part of a team.
Customer service experience
Microsoft Excel knowledge to an advanced level - pivot tables / lookups etc
The ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
The ability to react to change.
Strong organisational skills
An aptitude for working on different software packages.
