Job Purpose
Grŵp Llandrillo Menai require an experienced Administration Assistant who will report to the Director of Higher Education who will provide high quality, dynamic and flexible administration support to the College’s Higher Education provision.
Theis role will deliver high level day-to-day administrative proficiency in an effective and professional manner. This role contains the delivery of a highly flexible, responsive and effective service to various internal departments and contacts and other key stakeholders to support the collective efforts of the College.
The appointee will engage in a range of duties and responsibilities to support the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the Grŵp’s HE strategy and Fee and Access Plan.
It is expected that wider admin activities outside the remit of the primary area of focus are also embraced and completed. This sense of teamwork and collegiality will support a flexible and collaborative environment, enhance the ability to provide cross-coverage for administrative support to manage peaks and troughs in workload and facilitate increased sharing of expertise within the wider administrative team.
